Volt Bank

Volt Bank was founded in 2017 and became the first Australian neobank with a full license to operate as a deposit-taking institution in January 2019. It is at the forefront of this emerging generation of banks - completely digital and independent. It offers an app with a Save and Spend experience that aims to help customers save with a unique ‘Savings Challenge’ feature as well as offering debit card functionality with seamless digital integration.

Payment Flow Prototype

The goal of this project was to explore a new way of integrating payments from the Volt app contacts list. I explored the idea of splitting the contact list into 3 tabs where you could view ‘All’ contacts or filter by ‘People’ or ‘Business’. The user could also then select a contact from the list to send funds to and when tapping the ‘Send’ button the available accounts would appear as options.
